Built for Riders.

Built for Ride Outs.

Biker Britain exists to give motorcyclists ideas for ride outs across Great Britain — the kind of roads you look forward to, the stops that are actually worth it, and the little detours that make a day on the bike feel like a proper escape.

Why we built Biker Britain.

We built this site because finding a decent ride out shouldn’t mean trawling through ten different posts, half-broken links, or routes that only make sense if you already know the area. Sometimes you just want inspiration: “Where shall we go this weekend?” or “What’s a good loop near me?”

Biker Britain is here to make that bit easy — ideas first, planning second, riding always.

Built by bikers, for bikers.

This isn’t a corporate directory or a marketing site. It’s built by people who ride, for people who ride. That matters, because we know what you actually want from a route:

  • A clear starting point and a destination (or a decent loop)

  • Roads that feel good on a bike

  • Sensible notes on stops, scenery, and anything to watch out for

No nonsense. Just routes that are enjoyable and usable.

Completely Free

Biker Britain is 100% free to use. No subscription. No paywall. No “premium routes”.
The goal is simple: help more riders get out, explore more of GB, and have better days on the bike.

If you get value from the site, the best way to support it is to share routes, suggest improvements, and tell other riders about it.

Use the routes as a guide

Think of our routes like a strong suggestion, not a strict set of instructions. They’re designed to give you a solid idea of where to go — but you don’t have to follow them perfectly.

We understand the truth: you’re never lost on a bike.

Take the detour that looks interesting. Swap a stop for your favourite café. Avoid a section if the weather turns or the roads are busy. Make the route yours.

Keep it safe and respectful

Roads change, conditions change, and every rider has a different skill level and bike setup. So always ride to the conditions, check for closures where you can, and follow the Highway Code.

And because we all share these roads: be respectful to locals, other road users, and the places we stop.

Get involved

Biker Britain gets better the more riders contribute. If you’ve got a favourite loop, a cracking viewpoint, a café stop worth the miles, or a route you think others should ride — add it.
