Best ridden early / mid-week — the Cotswolds gets busy fast, especially around Stow, Moreton and Broadway.

Surfaces: expect occasional mud/grit on shaded lanes and near farm entrances — especially after rain.
Traffic pinch points: Evesham centre, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh and Broadway can all back up — plan your stop outside the hotspots if you want a smooth run.
Overtakes: plenty of nice flowing sections, but visibility can be limited by hedges/crests — keep it tidy.
